Goldie’s is the embodiment of our lifelong passion for real, handmade food. We love to eat, cook, and spread joy in our community. Inspired by rotisserie food trucks in France, we strive to offer a simple menu with something for everyone.

Our rotisserie
At the heart of our operation is Goldie, a traditional, six-spit rotisserie custom made in France for the Goldie’s Rotisserie truck.
The rotating spits allow meat to roast to golden perfection, constantly basting itself, sealing in natural juices while letting fat drip off (and onto our lovely potatoes).
Our promise: All of our chickens are raised on small family farms, certified humane, kosher, antibiotic and growth hormone free, non-GMO, and fed a 100% vegetarian diet.
